M2 high-speed tool round steel is a high-performance molybdenum-based high-speed steel with the characteristics of small carbide inhomogeneity, high toughness, good hardness and wear resistance. Its main components include alloy elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, chromium, and vanadium, with a total amount of 10-25%, giving it excellent cutting performance and thermal stability. The hardness of M2 high-speed tool round steel can reach 65-67 HRC, which is suitable for manufacturing tools for cutting difficult materials, such as saw blades, drill bits, milling cutters, etc. At the same time, it can also withstand vibration and impact loads, and is suitable for manufacturing molds such as cold forging dies, fine stamping dies, and powder pressing dies. In high-temperature environments, M2 high-speed tool round steel can maintain high hardness and strength, and is an ideal choice for high-temperature cutting and hot processing applications.
