The galvalume steel sheet is kind of Al-Zn coated steel sheet which has the cold rolling steel sheets of different strength and thickness as substrate.It is obtained through hot dipping. The cladding material is composed with 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon and some trace nutrients.

Advantages of Galvalume Sheet

• Processing characteristics. On the processing characteristics, galvalume steel sheets could meet all the demands of roll-in, punch figuration, curve and other form’s processing requirements .

• Great corrosion resistance. Galvalume steel sheet has a great corrosion resistance. The normal service life is 25 years which is 3 to 6 times longer than that of the galvanized steel sheet.

• Recoatability. Galvalume steel sheets have a great adhesive power with painting films. They do not need the special preprocess, which means that they could spray lacquer and powder directly.

• Mechanical property. The mechanical property of galvalume steel sheet is its great yield strength, tensile strength and elongation.
